Wednesday, May 1st, 2024, was my last day at Mediacurrent.

I started in May 2012 after being hired by the company's founders, Dave Terry and Paul Chason, who took in a wide-eyed Drupal geek who wanted to show people how to contribute to the community in a positive way, and fix all the bugs in contributed modules.

Over the twelve years I've had the privilege of working with and getting to know many wonderful people while working on lots of interesting projects. I've learned a great deal, gotten to share my joy of open source software with coworkers and clients alike, and have ran a weekly meeting for the community for over five and a half years.

I am truly grateful to every one of my former coworkers for your kindness, your humor, your insights, and your patience; thank you all.

This is the end of one journey, and another one will start soon.

For now I will be keeping my weekly series going at its regular time.
